4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cm888 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you formally notify us of any unauthorised access.
By using the cm888 Platform, you agree that you are accessing it entirely at your own risk and that gaming involves the risk of financial loss. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are lawfully obtained and belong to you personally. You agree to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, professional, or money-laundering purpose.
cm888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's Services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any component of the Platform.
cm888 reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform, temporarily or permanently, for any User at any time and for any reason, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms are being or have been violated.
6.1 Deposits
cm888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. All deposits are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction.
cm888 does not accept third-party deposits. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your name and verified under your Account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of approval; however, processing times may be extended during periods of enhanced due diligence, system maintenance, or where regulatory verification is required.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. cm888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard transaction thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.
cm888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus-derived winnings.
All bets, wagers, and game plays are final once confirmed by the system. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cm888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
cm888 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. While we strive to maintain 99.8% Platform uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance periods.
Nothing in these Terms limits cm888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with cm888's Privacy Policy, which is available at cm888.casa/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
In summary, cm888 collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the Platform experience. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under cm888's operating licence framework. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent or address ongoing harm.
